S.E. Cupp Goes Off on Hillary Clinton: She Is ‘Not a Credible Champion of Women’

S.E. Cupp opened her show today by calling out Hillary Clinton for trying to be a part of the #MeToo movement.

Clinton read from Fire and Fury in a surprise Grammys cameo last night, but the former presidential candidate was mostly in the news this past weekend due to a bombshell report that a campaign adviser was credibly accused of sexual harassment but she kept him on anyway.

“When it comes to #MeToo,” Cupp said, “Hillary’s trying real hard to be relevant there as well.” She proceeded to bring up a recent clip of Clinton thanking “the activist bitches supporting bitches.”

She continued:

“There’s a big problem with Hillary’s wannabe #MeToo-ism, and here’s the deal. Hillary Clinton is not a credible champion of women. Not because of these bizarre gimmicks, but because when it really counted, she did the wrong thing every time. Her husband is caught cheating on her. She shut-shames the intern he took advantage of. Her husband is accused multiple times by multiple women of harassment and rape, she discredits and smears the accusers and then subcontracts feminist leaders like Gloria Steinem to do the same on her behalf. She says she believes all accusers have the right to be heard, except those accusing her husband apparently, or her staff members.”

Cupp concluded by saying that Clinton and those around her need to “publicly atone.”
