Sam Nunberg Says Hope Hicks ‘Perfect’ WH Chief of Staff Pick: Trump Will ‘Listen to Women More Than Men’
Former Donald Trump campaign aide Sam Nunberg thinks Hope Hicks would be a great chief-of-staff because the president will “listen to women more than men.”
Speaking to Alexa Witt on MSNBC on Sunday, Nunberg, who not so long ago made headlines for his on-air meltdown, suggested that Hicks is just the kind of person Trump would work well in the key post.
“She is exactly perfect for what the president is looking for,” Nunberg told Witt. “He is thinking about not having a chief-of-staff…What he wants is to operate like the 26th floor of Trump Tower where he had a strong-willed, very good woman in Rhona Graff handling the calls, knowing him, getting his zen, things like that.”
He then said this: “He will listen to women more than men, believe it or not, sternly saying, ‘this is not a good idea.’”
He added that unlike current Chief-of-Staff John Kelly, Hicks would not “be insulted like John Kelly that the president is going to do what he wants to do.”
