The folks at Extra caught up with Sarah Palin yesterday, squeezing in a few quick questions about Bristol Palin, the election and her own future political aspirations. Asked about a presidential bid, Sarah Palin gave a noncommittal answer.
“I don’t know. I’m not sure what the future holds,” Palin said. “Que sera, sera.”
About the election, Palin unsurprisingly said with confidence that Mitt Romney will win. “I think people are going to realize it’s time to get on a more economically sound path for this great country,” she replied. And Romney has a plan to do just that.
Palin has been in California to support her daughter who’s currently on the all-star season of Dancing with the Stars. Asked about how she’s faring, Palin responded, “Bristol is an amazing workaholic, has a great work ethic, lots of energy.”
“As for advice,” she added, “I tell her to keep everything in perspective, stay optimistic and positive and might as well dance. She’s doing great.”
