Stewart Tears KY Senate Race, Concludes Rand Paul’s Limericks ‘Suck Balls’

Jon Stewart took on the big Senate race in Kentucky (possibly the biggest race of the year) on Wednesday night, and in particular focused on the supreme awkwardness of the roasting at the annual Fancy Farm picnic, especially Rand Paul‘s rhyming skills…

Stewart laughed at Mitch McConnell‘s relatively emotionless reactions to Alison Lundergan Grimes‘ jokes at his expense, remarking that either he’s in some kind of trance “or that man is dead inside”

He groaned at both candidates’ extremely lame jokes (Grimes had a weird Man Men riff that Stewart couldn’t resist mocking), but it was Paul’s attempt at a limerick that got Stewart’s attention. Stewart responded with a limerick of his own.

“There once was a man named Rand Paul
His limerick skills sucked my balls
While his coif was so curly
His prose made me surly
Balls balls balls balls balls.”
