Tamron Hall Apologizes For MSNBC Reporter Yapping Through National Anthem At Trump Rally
During a live segment at a Donald Trump rally today, MSNBC anchor Tamron Hall ended up apologizing to the audience for reporter Jacob Rascon speaking through the national anthem.
Reporting from North Carolina just ahead of the first of three rallies Trump will hold today, Rascon was asked about the recent news about Trump’s national political director resigning less than three weeks ahead of the election.
At the same time Rascon was talking from the auditorium, a woman was singing the ‘Star Spangled Banner’ while the entire crowd was on its feet with their hands on their hearts. However, since he was asked a question on live TV, Rascon pressed through and provided the info Hall requested.
Following Rascon’s hit, Hall added the little disclaimer and apology to viewers at home.
“And obviously we too, Jascob Rascon, didn’t realize the programming going on behind him,” Hall explained. “So our respects to this country and the young lady singing behind you.”
