The Five Rips ‘Egomaniac’ Scarborough: ‘Completely Lost Your Mind’

The hosts of Fox News’ The Five blasted MSNBC’s Joe Scarborough today for his commentary about President Donald Trump on the anniversary of the September 11th terror attacks.

In his Washington Post piece today, Scarborough wrote, “For those of us still believing that Islamic extremists hate America because of the freedoms we guarantee to all people, the gravest threat Trump poses to our national security is the damage done daily to America’s image.”

Scarborough sort of walked his comments back a little later:

Greg Gutfeld ripped Scarborough for making the comments on the 9/11 anniversary, arguing it was unnecessary spectacle on a day of reflection. He also recalled how Scarborough propped up Trump during the election.

Jedediah Bila argued that Scarborough is losing it:

“He has the Trump Derangement Syndrome now so bad that he’s willing to embarrass himself so severely by writing something so insane. You don’t like Trump? Fine. You don’t like questions about his character? Fine. You’re equating him now with potentially being worse than terrorists? You’ve completely lost your mind.”

She added that Scarborough’s an “egomaniac.”
