On Wednesday night, Trevor Noah refuted President Trump‘s assertion that there is “no chaos” in the White House despite a turbulent news cycle that would suggest otherwise.
Trump dismissed the reports about chaos in the White House as “fake news” with the following tweet from Tuesday.
The new Fake News narrative is that there is CHAOS in the White House. Wrong! People will always come & go, and I want strong dialogue before making a final decision. I still have some people that I want to change (always seeking perfection). There is no Chaos, only great Energy!

Well, The Daily Show host dismissed the tweet by citing numerous controversies that have arisen so far this week.
He began by mocking White House Counsel Kellyanne Conway after it was determined by the U.S. Office of Special Counsel that she violated the Hatch Act when she advocated for GOP Alabama Senate candidate Roy Moore on television.
“I always thought that Kellyanne Conway on TV was a crime, I just didn’t know I was right,” Noah quipped.
Noah then addressed the resignation of top WH economic advisor Gary Cohn.
“Uh, White House advisors abandoning ship? That’s chaos, not great energy!” Noah exclaimed.
Finally, he tackled the reports that porn star Stormy Daniels was suing Trump for not signing their non-disclosure agreement about their alleged affair and joked how porn plots “only last like 30 seconds” but this one “keeps going and going.”
“How incompetent are you that you didn’t sign your own NDA?” Noah asked. “The same guy who slaps his name on everything… except the NDA.”
Noah added that it would be “amazing” if First Lady Melania Trump divorced Trump over his affair and that she “wins” the White House in the divorce and that as president, he’s running the country “out of a Motel 6.”
