Trump Brings ‘Women for Trump’ on Stage at Campaign Event Amid Accusations
Amid multiple allegations of groping and sexual harassment, Donald Trump brought “Women for Trump” onto the stage at his North Carolina rally tonight.
There were a bunch of women there in pink shirts to show support for Trump, but the only two who actually spoke were his daughter-in-law Lara Trump and Omarosa. (The others on stage were Diamond and Silk, Lynne Patton, and Katrina Pierson.)
Lara Trump, Eric‘s wife, opened by talking about Hurricane Matthew and saying her father-in-law is a man “who sees a problem and wants to fix it.”
She talked about the efforts his campaign has made to take care of the hurricane victims.
And then it was Omarosa’s turn. She opened with an anecdote from The Apprentice.
She also led the crowd in a call-and-response where she would shout “Trump Train!” and the crowd would respond “Choo-choo!”
