Donald Trump called out Bill O’Reilly at the end of their interview tonight for asking him a question that they had apparently agreed ahead of time O’Reilly wouldn’t ask.
O’Reilly continued to confront Trump about his decision to run out on the Fox News debate, appealed to his Christian beliefs, and said, “I bought you so many vanilla milkshakes, you owe me.”
“Forgive, go forward,” O’Reilly said, “answer the questions, look out for the folks. Just want you to consider it. You owe me milkshakes.”
Trump responded, “Even though you and I had an agreement that you wouldn’t ask me that, which we did, I will therefore forget that you asked me that, but it’s up to Fox, it’s not up to me, Bill.”
O’Reilly admitted Trump was correct and Trump said he only didn’t want the question asked “because it’s an embarrassing question for you and I don’t want to embarrass you.”
O’Reilly responded that he doesn’t generally listen to what politicians tell him to say.
