WATCH LIVE: 2019 Women’s March

Thousands of people across America are set to take to the streets on Saturday for the annual Women’s March.

It’s the third anniversary of the event, which started on President Donald Trump‘s inauguration day in 2017 to protest his presidency and demand gender equality. The first Women’s March drew millions of people in 30 countries across the world.

Last year’s Women’s March honed in on the midterm elections, and this one is set to focus on a new policy document, according to CNN, which was compiled by organizations like the ACLU. The document focuses on addressing issues like violence against women, LGBTQIA+ rights, immigrant rights, civil rights and the environment.

The main march kicks off in Washington D.C. at 10 a.m. EST. Watch live above, via NBC News.
