Thousands are expected to gather for the funeral of famed evangelist Billy Graham on Friday in Charlotte, North Carolina.
The service, during which 2,000 people will reportedly gather under a large tent outside the entrance of the Billy Graham Library, will be streamed live from noon.
President Donald Trump and Vice President Mike Pence will both attend the funeral, and are expected to privately meet with the late evangelist’s family before the service.
That comes two days after Trump and First Lady Melania attended a ceremony honoring the reverend on Capitol Hill.
Graham laid in honor in the Capitol Rotunda until Friday morning, when his remains were transported to his home state for the funeral service.
“America’s Pastor” had the unique distinction of meeting every single American president since Harry Truman, being known to have counseled politicians on both sides of the aisle.
Graham is only the fourth private person to lie in honor since 1998. The others are two U.S. Capitol Police officers who died in the line of duty in 1998 and, additionally, civil rights hero Rosa Parks, back in 2005.
