WATCH LIVE: Sarah Sanders Holds White House Briefing Amid Trump-Omarosa Feud

White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders will hold a briefing today to discuss President Donald Trump’s latest plans and administrative agenda. The briefing is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. ET.

Today’s briefing will undoubtedly gravitate around the increasingly-hot spat between Trump and former White House aide Omarosa Manigault Newman. Even though many political observers have raised questions about Manigault Newman’s credibility and motivations, she’s been driving the media cycle for the last few days with her gossip-filled new book and her secretly-recorded conversations with Trump and people in his orbit. White House officials have been slamming their ex-colleague as a liar throughout the last few days, but Trump took the rhetoric up a notch today by calling his former Apprentice favorite a “dog” and “a crazed, crying lowlife.”

Another subject that might come up is the firing of Peter Strzok. The former FBI agent was cut loose this week after months of intrigue due to his anti-Trump texts and proximity to the Hillary Clinton and Robert Mueller investigations. Trump went on a Twitter tear against Strzok today, which included some new jabs at Attorney General Jeff Sessions over the Russia “witch hunt.”

Other subjects that might come up today include Trump’s continued attacks on Senator John McCain, the apparent terror incident today in London, and the fatal bridge collapse in Italy.
