While his car was nearly submerged under Tropical Storm Harvey’s flooding, a man was saved by a two-person rescue boat. The incident was caught by a traffic camera in Houston, Texas.
Hundreds of rescues like this have been made throughout the past few days as water levels have increased and flooding has intensified — areas like Houston experienced as much as 40 inches of rain. These conditions have left at least two people dead and 14 injured along the Texas coastline and surrounding area, according to NPR.
The dire situation can still get worse, as there is an expected 15-20 inches of additional rain this week in southeast Texas.
FEMA is already expecting that Harvey will cause 30,000 people to head to shelters and 450,000 to seek other forms of disaster aid, per a CNN report.
