Vice President Mike Pence is in National Harbor, Maryland today to deliver a speech before the 2018 Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC). The speech is scheduled for 10:30 A.M. EST.
The conference is an annual celebration and workshop for activists, pundits and other officials affiliated with right-leaning politics. Various luminaries, media personalities, and Republican politicians are expected to attend today, and the conversation will undoubtedly focus on how to further advance President Trump’s agenda throughout the country.
Pence’s speech will most likely talk about the GOP tax bill, economic growth, and other subjects reflecting the Trump Administration’s accomplishments so far. It is also possible Pence might talk about developments like the Parkland school shooting, the death of Reverend Bill Graham, or the repercussions of his recent trip to the Winter Olympics in South Korea.
Many other prominent speakers will take the stage after Pence, some of the most notable being right wing French politician Marion Marechal-Le Pen, White House Counsel Don McGahn, Senator Ted Cruz, and Eric Trump.
