Wednesday Ratings: CNN’s The Situation Room Beats MSNBC’s Matthews And Shaprton In Demo And Total Viewers

 

Wednesday afternoon from 5-7pm ET, CNN’s The Situation Room beat MSNBC’s Hardball and PoliticsNation in both the 25-54 demo and total viewers. Wolf Blitzer pulled in 360k demo viewers over the two hours, while Chris Matthews and Al Sharpton combined had only 178k.

The difference in total viewers from 5-7pm between the two networks was somewhat slimmer, with CNN at 1.398M and MSNBC at 1.288M. Both networks trailed first place Fox, which pulled in 4.08M total viewers from 5-7pm.
