CNN Anchor Carol Costello is not happy with conservative radio host Rush Limbaugh’s latest project. On Thursday, The Huffington Post published a report profiling Limbaugh’s expansion into a new area of media: children’s book publishing. Rush Revere and the Brave Pilgrims is billed as one part in a series of “time-travel adventures with exceptional Americans” and is authored by the AM talker himself. Costello did not take the news well.
“I’m a little sick now,” the dayside cable news anchor remarked on her Twitter account after tweeting out the news that Limbaugh would be publishing a kids’ book.
The book is slated to hit shelves on October 29 and will come with an audio companion featuring Limbaugh.
“All parents will probably want to tuck their children in at night and switch on the smooth sounds of Rush Limbaugh holding forth about American history,” The Huffington Post’s Jack Mirkinson wrote.
