Melania Trump said that while she was not happy with her husband’s inappropriate talk on that now-infamous 2005 tape, she claimed today that Billy Bush egged him on.
Now, just to recap, on that tape, Trump was––to borrow a phrase––being braggadocious about his past exploits with women and Bush was just laughing along. He didn’t really egg him on that much. (Not to mention the idea of Trump being the beta in that conversation is kind of amusing.)
Which is why her comment there led to #BillyBushMadeMeDoIt blowing up on Twitter:
