Pro-Trump conspiracy theorist Laura Loomer slammed the New York Post this week for covering a recent poll that was not very flattering to Donald Trump.

“No the hell we do not. This is some more bullshit from Rupert Murdoch’s @nypost. Rupert Murdoch is on the record saying he wants to “make Trump a non person”. You can’t trust anything about Trump that comes out of any of his publications. It’s all trash,” Loomer wrote on X/Twitter, adding:

New York Compost.

The New York Post, along with Murdoch’s Fox News, are widely credited with helping Trump win the presidency in 2016 and the Post has been a key promoter of the allegations of corruption against President Joe Biden, which observers point out are so far unproven.

Loomer shared the Post’s write-up of a recent YouGov poll that found a majority of Americans support the Colorado Supreme Court’s decision to remove Trump from the state’s presidential ballot. The article noted the poll “showed 54% of respondents either “strongly” or “somewhat” approved of the court’s

ruling, while 35% said they either “strongly” or “somewhat” disapproved.”

Loomer, who became famous for spinning wild conspiracy theories – including that the Parkland, Florida mass shooting was a false flag – is now a prominent figure in Trump world. Trump himself regularly shares Loomer’s social media posts and Trump Jr. recently jested that she would make a great White House press secretary should his father return to the presidency.
