Fox News’ Mark Levin lashed out at the Trump administration over its support for a ceasefire in the Gaza Strip, comparing its approach to that of the “Biden regime” in a rant on social media Thursday morning.

“WHY IS THE UNITED STATES DICTATING TO ISRAEL HOW TO FIGHT HAMAS? Why do we have an envoy negotiating with Hamas and working with Qatar, and telling the Israelis what to do with Hamas when Hamas attacked Israel, slaughtered their people, and Hamas is holding their people hostage?” asked Levin rhetorically at the start of his post on X.

“Israel wants to destroy Hamas. We keep demanding a ceasefire, which is what the Biden regime did. Why are we not allowing Israel to handle this instead of prolonging the war?” he continued. “As for the hostages, the Israelis want them back as urgently as we do. Indeed, more so. But they have to decide the best way forward. The Israelis have all but destroyed Hezbollah, they are destroying Hamas, they have destroyed Iran’s air defenses and much of

its economy.”

“Israel knows what to do and how to do it,” concluded the Fox News host.

This isn’t the first time Levin has broken with the Trump administration on foreign policy or that he’s singled out Steve Witkoff, Trump’s handpicked special envoy to the Middle East, for criticism.

Earlier this month, Levin put Witkoff on blast for asserting that “The neocon element believes that war is the only way to solve things.”

“The envoy talks like the fifth column isolationists. Nobody believes war is the only way. We wait with great interest to see the deal you’re negotiating with the warmonger Iranian terrorist regime,” shot back Levin on X.

In February, Levin delivered a history lesson on Russian dictator Vladimir Putin’s rise to power and various crimes, while going to bat for Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky shortly after Trump excoriated Zelensky for not holding elections and blamed him for the deaths of “MILLIONS.”

“Zelensky ordered martial law — that’s what the constitution there compelled. Zelensky hasn’t called for an election — that’s what the constitution there compels,” observed Levin at the time. “Now, I’m waiting for the first free election for Vladimir Putin. I mean, this is almost comical in a sick way that Putin is demanding an election. Why is he demanding an election in Ukraine when he doesn’t have free and real elections in

his own country?”

Levin has repeatedly objected to media coverage of his disagreements with the president himself, framing his frustrations as being with Witkoff while ignoring Trump’s support for and empowerment of his emissary.
