Conservative talk radio host Michael Medved agreed that Munro’s behavior was “inappropriate” and that The Daily Caller should take him out of the White House press pool. But “to say it’s racist is way over the top,” he said, adding that it’s “the wrong thing to do” no matter the race of the president. The Huffington Post’s Trymaine Lee called Carlson’s defense “outrageous,” with Schultz deeming Munro’s actions “juvenile” and “disrespectful.”

Goff begged to differ. Racism used to be the worst thing, but it’s not the case anymore, she said. “It’s a Teflon thing where conservatives feel like, someone is crying wolf again, ‘The person is sexist, they’re racist,'” she said. “Unless you use the n-word on camera kicking a puppy, no one believes it.”
“We have been at war with black masculinity,” Lee added. To say the charge of racism is over the top is “ridiculous.” Lee argued, “There’s no one protesting…They’re applauded for this. We see it time and time again.” Medved protested the remarks, but in this panel at least, he was largely on his own.
