Podcaster Tara Palmeri laid into Attorney General Pam Bondi, accusing her of being “out of her depth” when it comes to the “Epstein files” as backlash against the administration continues.
On TMZ Live, Palmeri argued supporters of President Donald Trump are “disappointed” in the lack of “justice” in the case of the late billionaire Jeffrey Epstein. Epstein died of apparent suicide in 2019 while being charged with sex trafficking. He was also already a convicted child sex predator.
TMZ’s Harvey Levin asked Palmeri if there would ever be “justice” when it comes to the “Epstein Files,” which primarily refer to a list of clients of the late billionaire who may have also engaged in his decades of alleged sexual abuse. MAGA supporters have blasted the president and Bondi over a Department of Justice/FBI memo claiming there is no list, despite officials making numerous references to it in the past. Bondi claimed the alleged list was sitting on her desk in February.
“I talked to a lot of the victims. I spoke to Virginia Giuffre and when Pam Bondi handed out those classified binders that had nothing classified and then they were just the documents from the vault and really a lot of her case documents in there. You know she said she hoped for more. Elon Musk promised her more personally. Donald Trump said that they would actually release the files,” Palmeri said.
Palmeri said Bondi has zero “credibility” on the Epstein case.
“I just want to say Pam Bondi, the US Attorney General, has zero credibility on this case because she says there’s a list, there’s not a list. Okay, anyone who has been covering this case for a substantial period of time knows there’s no list,” she said. “But the evidence they have is much darker, more complex, and damning. I mean, they have videos, they have footage, they have pictures of Johns with girls.”
She suggested the DOJ may not be willing to build cases because these could be “the most powerful men in the world.”
The podcaster later laid into Bondi again in an X post sharing a clip from the interview.
“Pam Bondi has about as much credibility on the Epstein case as a reply on a Reddit thread. That might sound outrageous, considering she’s the top law enforcement official in the federal government. But the truth is, she’s out of her depth—and trying to cover it up,” she said.
Backlash over the Epstein files reportedly even exists in the White House. Reports have suggested FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino is unwilling to stay in his position if Bondi remains in place. Bongino was reportedly so upset by the released memo that he even took a day off from work.
