With the ruling on Burwell v. Hobby Lobby handed down this morning in favor of “closely held” corporations not being compelled to provide contraceptive coverage to employees, the conservative pundit-sphere rejoiced for what they perceive to be a victory for the religious liberty of employers everywhere.
