Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts gave a noncommittal answer when asked if he would be joining his team during its visit to the White House.

Shortly after the Eagles defeated the Chiefs in Super Bowl LIX, a rumor began spreading on social media that the team would pass on the opportunity to meet with President Donald Trump. That rumor, evidently, was based on a report from The U.S. Sun weeks prior. In that report, an anonymous player allegedly told the outlet that the team had already decided to skip the visit if they won.

The rumor later turned out to be bogus, but not before prominent conservative figures — including Megyn Kelly — called out the team over it. A day later, NFL insider Adam Schefter confirmed that the team was “looking forward” to visiting the White House.

Based on Hurts’ most recent comments — or lack thereof — that may not include him. On Thursday evening, the 26-year-old attended a TIME event after being recognized on its annual list of the most influential people.

While on the red carpet, a reporter asked him, “Are you visiting the White House next week?”

Hurts responded with an “um” before looking off to the side and staying silent for several seconds. The reporter then chuckled and said, “Got it.” Still, Hurts said nothing before continuing down the red carpet.
