Newly reissued Air Jordans drew hysteria in Atlanta, as customers broke down the doors, leading to multiple arrests including one woman who left her two toddlers in her car. According to the sneaker blog NiceKicks, “The Air Jordan 11 Concord is widely regarded as one of, if not the most, popular sneakers of all-time. Michael Jordan debuted the Air Jordan 11 Concord during his comeback in the 1995 NBA Playoffs.”

Fox 5′s Tacoma Perry has more details:

Hundreds of people began lining up in the early hours at Stonecrest Mall to get their hands on a pair of Nike’s new Michael Jordan sneakers. Several stores inside the mall were offering the sneakers.

Apparently, some people could not wait until the mall opened its doors at 8 a.m. Police were called to the scene.

DeKalb police responded with as many as 20 squad cars after a large crowd apparently made an illegal entry into the mall, breaking down the door. Police escorted most of the people back outside. At least four people were arrested in that incident.

since when is it an evil act to leave kids in a locked car? i can see if it was burning hot or something and the kids were in danger, but outside of that, WTF? why would police break the window to get kids who are sitting in a locked car if they aren’t in danger? something is missing in the story…

Something is missing? yeah your brain ! Leaving kids in a “locked” car in a mall parking lot. If a police office can bust a window to get the children anyone could have. That is putting those children in grave danger. I wish they would have said how long they had to wait for this dead beat mother. If is was 1minute that is 50 seconds too long. Obviously you are trash if you feel there is no problem with this and anyone who “likes” your post is trash as well.
