This Is What A Mugshot Looks Like When You Stab Someone Midway Through Your Haircut

So, this is what happened. David Davis of Connecticut was getting his haircut when he was approached by a man he had previously been arguing with. Davis claims that he feared for his safety, so he slashed the guy with a pair of scissors. Police later arrested him and he was charged with first-degree assault. He didn’t, however, get to finish his haircut so his mugshot looked like, well, this.

This is such a great picture that MSNBC called it “awesome”…in their headline. You rarely see the word “awesome” in news headlines, which I think is a shame. In fact, I think the headline “Mid-haircut stabbing results in arrest, awesome mug shot” is pretty awesome.

You know what else is awesome? The fact that Davis’ head looks like a bird raising one wing.
