    Adios, Rick!

Rick, before you go, can you ask Obama how much he’ll be getting from his environmental masters for SELLING OUT THE COUNTRY over the Keystone Pipeline?

This, after he took his Magic Bus Tour ridiculing the GOP for putting politics before country!

Obama – as CORRUPT as they come!

Now, I want to tell you something, now sit down!

Politico says he’s endorsing Gingrich. Oy.

    Let me be clear!

  • Jardino

Perry is probably relieved that he won’t have to debate tonight.

Hey Rick, now get down to the business at hand – GERRYMANDERING!

Let’s see if we can’t squeeze three or four of the Democratic seats into the red column by jockeying around some districts!

    Don’t worry about courts.
Do what Obama does – just do it!

Rick Perry will likely go down in history as one of the biggest presidential primary flops ever. I think it’s safe to assume that the “Texas miracle” is not so miraculous these days. Perry was leading every Republican poll and seemingly unstoppable as Romney’s chief rival only a few months ago. Now he’s polling in single digits and running out of money. He’ll probably go back to Texas, have his primary debacle whitewashed from the record books, and retain his superstar status with evangelicals by making Texas the most anti-abortion state in the union. Or maybe he’ll leave that union and outright secede? What a kook…   www.sunstateactivist.org

Oh, I see all the libs are home on their computers today.

Judging by the comments here, I’m guessing this is “Government Check” day, where all the Democratic supporters receive their “Government Checks”, as they sponge off the taxes of working people?
    ————————————————————-
On another topic, the GOP should call Obama “The Energy President” from here on out! – a succinct reminder to people of Keystone, and the hardship they’ll face for the next four years should he be re-elected.

    HAHA see ya Gov Simpleton!

Your probably right.  Where Howard Dean will go down in history for dentonating his candidacy in approximately 5 seconds, Perry will probably be his counterpart with the exception of slowly and painfully withering on the vine even with his sizable war chest considered.

Thanks for all the laughs, Rickster!

This afternoon he’ll probably say something like “I’m here to endorse Ron Paul, Rick Santorum and……what’s that third guy’s name again?”  LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

He couldn’t get educated in 4 years of college, so I can’t imagine it will happen now.

The Rick Perry supporters will be whatever unintelligible word they use for “sad”

  • http://www.facebook.com/people/Politics-culture-Reasoned-America/100001284363960 Politics-culture Reasoned Amer

Actually, I heard that Wikipedia will be using the Bus Tour/Keystone Rejection as their new textbook definition of hypocrisy.

Can you just imagine the headlines and ridicule from the DNC mainstream media if Bush had done something so brazenly political like this, at a cost of thousands of jobs and further energy independence?

Is Obama America’s President – or just President to those who support him?

  • The Real Royal Emperor

He is an exceptionally petty individual. Willard didn’t offer him enough.

  • The Real Royal Emperor

Certainly, all the viewers are relieved.

OOF.  That was a major FAIL by your super conservative fine self.  I see you’re out there creating jobs by the thousands today, bestriding the earth like a capitalist colossus.  Well done, Galt.

I remember Bush getting us into a war with faulty intelligence that cost the nation around a trillion dollars and thousands of lives and, frankly, I don’t recall a whole lot of outrage from the right.

  • Charles Ulysses Feney

I guess those strange bedfellows stories from 2004 with his Sec. of State finally caught up with him.

Texans are very relieved that their idiot in chief won’t be debating tonight. They have had to endure America learning that the cheerleader needs an education.

Can’t watch the video at work, but I imagine Yackity Sacks was playing in the background?

  • Anonymous

Except that Howard Dean is an incredibly smart guy who can form a complete sentence and Rick Perry is a blithering idiot who makes W. sound coherent by comparison.

  • Anonymous

But he was admittedly more presidential than whiny little Santorum

  • http://www.facebook.com/people/Politics-culture-Reasoned-America/100001284363960 Politics-culture Reasoned Amer

Nearly everyone agreed on the WMD’s likelihood – nearly all the Dems and all the foreign intelligence as well.

After that it was a judgment call on going in.

The contrived Bush-bashing hindsight was a DNC-Mainstream Media effort to undermine his credibility with an oft-repeated canard.

We are not proud of this Texas Turkey’s tragic tumble, but we knew it would happen! One Texas Turkey out, now the other needs to exit stage right!

  • Pablo

When you’re Rick Perry and you’re polling 3rd in Texas

  • Pablo

Which you can tell by all the Romney endorsements.

  • Чёрт Возьми

    I confess!

When Perry first “parachuted in” as some pundits have put it, I thought Perry looked real good. After all, Bachmann and Pawlenty were still serious (they thought) candidates, and even Palin was looking like she probably would run. With obvious losers like those, Perry just had to be better. If he was “better enough” he would be a real challenge to Obama and the rest of the Republicans. A whole lot of people thought that, and he started at the top of the polls.

Well, he wasn’t better than those who were already eliminated, so I am just a tiny bit embarrassed that I fell for his initial popularity. I’m not saying I ever planned to vote for him. No way. I just thought for a few days that he would be up to the challenge.

    No New Texans!!!!

Another month or so and Colbert will be the clear leader in the GOP polls.

He reminded far too many people of ‘GW’ when he spoke…….,

Perry cited three reasons for quitting the presidential race,

One; He did lousy in Iowa.
Two; He did lousy in New Hampshire.
    Three;…..What was the third reason…...

This is good news for Gingrich. Perry’s support will go to Newt just ahead of the South Carolina primary. I’d rather have a nominee who stands for something, instead of a phony like Romney.

    Maybe he’ll endorse Newt!

    Newt’s got Palin and Perry!

    How can he possibly lose?

  • http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=1190134026 Barry Dalton

The idea that Perry will drop out. The idea that he will endorse Newt. The idea that he won’t say “the idea…” every other debate question. The idea that we won’t be able to hear all his great ideas, well the idea that Texas will have to put up with this clown 3 more years, the idea…

The only thing lower than Perry’s poll numbers is Mitt’s personal tax rate!

He made GW sound like a Rhodes scholar.

Translation: Except I like Howard Dean because we are politically aligned, and therefore I can embellish his good qualities, And since I don’t like Perry, any accomplishments he may have as governor I will Ignore to suit my narrative that he is extremely dumb.

  • 12voltman1

What were those three federal departments he wanted to do away with? Or was it four?

  • Anonymous

No, actually, you’re wrong, Mr. A_brainless_nonsense_spouting_right_winger. Doctor Dean is actually a brilliant guy who could run circles around the likes of Rick “Oops” Perry. But I’m not surprised you’d find him smart.

Who supplied the intel?  The same orginizations that supplied the intel to Obama regarding OBL’s location in Pakistan…Genuis…

  • david r

Once he’s re-elected (a virtual certainty in my books) look for him to go on an even bigger spending spree.  You kids will have a wrecked economy for most of your productive lives.

  • david r

This was the obvious move.  I’ll bet he has a deal with Newt.

  • david r

I gotta go with the King.  There is a deal in play.

  • david r

What do they say, ‘gig ‘em, aggies!’ ?

  • david r

     Hysterical.

  • david r

I’d rank them about the same in brains.  I’ve seen Howard Dean.  He is no Jimmy Dean.

  • david r

Have you ever read Machiavelli?  He said intelligence is over-rated when deciding matters of power.  How smart was Lee Harvey Oswald?  I thought Perry showed his ass, but don’t think he doesn’t know politics, and he is absolutely merciless.  I’ve never voted for him here in Texas, but I know he is not dumb.  Like Machiavelli, he knows it is better to be feared than loved, “for love is preserved by the link of obligation which, owing to the baseness of men, is broken at every opportunity for
their advantage; but fear preserves you by a dread of punishment which never fails.”

  • david r

People are so stupid if you said he’s the Energy President enough times, people will believe it.  And he’s got the most money to get his propaganda out.

  • david r

Executive branch, legislative branch and judicial branch.

  • david r

I’m from Texas, but I must say it is time for a Texas breather on the national scene.  You must be from N. Mexico or Colorado.  They really can’t stand us there because of all the redneck skiers.

  • 12voltman1

Sorry, Didn’t know you were from there. Hey, You have some of the greatest musicians in the world. Texas music is great. Austin music scene is awesome.

But your politicians seem more corrupt then elsewhere.
Rick Perry has been raking it in!

Actual spending has been flat as adjusted for GNP, but the half trillion in added interest from Bush’s accrued debt is blowing up the deficit.

It’s sad every state doesn’t have the recall option like Wisconsin.  Texas has been stuck with this clown for over a decade now and here in Florida, Governor and alien alien Rick Scott still has three years left.

Politics is about controlling and consolidating power, and with the Koch brothers solid backing we likely have not heard the last of Rico Suave Perry.

Why do we have to be home, hell, I’m not home yet, you do know they have WiFi in McDonald’s now, right?  Question: Do you know how the Internets work?

And just how would have the hundreds of thousands(actually about 6000 for two years)Jobs benefited America, when all the oil shipped from Canada was to have been exported to countries outside the U.S.?

  • david r

Well, he is not a quitter.  I think you are right.
