Two and a Half Men Child Star Now Fully Bearded, Preaching Against His Former ‘Paid Hypocrite’ Self
Last time we heard from Two and a Half Men‘s half-man Angus T. Jones, he was leaving the immensely popular CBS sitcom after calling it “filth” and imploring viewers to “please stop watching it.”
Since then, he’s fully exited the show and completed his transition into a righteous Christian, preaching to churches around the country. He’s also grown a gigantic beard:
In an interview with KHOU, Jones lamented how his old show “was making light of topics in our world that are really problems for a lot of people.” He added: “I was a paid hypocrite because I wasn’t okay with it, but I was still doing it.”
Even though he’s fully moved on from his former life, studying the Bible in Colorado and working with a Houston-based outreach church, Jones expressed dissatisfaction with the way he dramatically exited the Chuck Lorre-created Two and a Half Men.
“That’s his baby,” Jones said of Lorre. “And I just totally insulted his baby, and to that degree I am apologetic, but otherwise, I don’t regret saying what I said.”
