Guess Which NFL Owner Got the Only F From NFL Players Association Report Card?

The NFL Players Association on Wednesday released its annual report of team facilities across the league, and one team’s owner was voted the worst of the worst.
Each year, the Players Association reaches out to the 1,600-plus players across the league to get an idea of how organizations are faring. In these surveys, players give their thoughts on ownership, team facilities, coaching, and more.
According to the 2025 NFLPA Team Report Cards, just one team in the entire league was given an F grade in regards to its ownership: the New York Jets.
That grade is based on a number of factors. Per the report:
Owner Woody Johnson’s average rating for perceived willingness to invest in the facilities is 5.58 out of 10 from Jets players, a ranking of 32 out of 32 owners in the league.
The players feel that Johnson does not contribute to a positive team culture, a rank of 32 out of 32.
The players feel that Johnson is somewhat committed to building a competitive team, a rank of 31 of the 32 NFL owners.
That ranking was good enough for 32nd in the league out of 32 teams; and that wasn’t the only aspect of the organization near the bottom of the league. The food/dining area, for example, was ranked 29th due to a few questionable decisions the team made over the last year.
“After receiving a D- last year for their food program,” the report continued, “the team responded by reducing the food budget even further, leading to a notable dip in quality for the players. In addition to the budget, they also fired their long-time, well-respected dietician — ironically the one area in which they received their highest-grade last year.”
The report is just the latest in a string of negative updates to come from the New York Jets over the last 12 months. The team also moved on from quarterback Aaron Rodgers following a disastrous 2024 campaign.
