Tapper really wasn’t having it. He told the heavy-hitting adviser that Trump’s apology from Friday night did not feel like an apology. When Giuliani said that Trump was just an “entertainment star” when the comments were made, Tapper made it known in no uncertain terms that what Trump had said was not just casual guy talk, as some have tried to claim. He used the same words Vice President Joe Biden used yesterday and said that what Trump described was sexual assault.

Giuliani said that he who hasn’t sinned should cast the first stone, which is when Tapper said this:
I will gladly tell you, Mr. Mayor: I have never said that. I have never done that. I’m happy to throw a stone. I don’t know any man — I have been in locker rooms, I’ve been a member of a fraternity; I have never heard any man ever brag about being able to maul women because they get away with it. Never.
When Giuliani said, “Men talk like that,” Tapper shot back instantly, “You’ve talked like that?”
