WATCH: Creature from the Black Lagoon Makes Surprise Appearance at Senate Hearing
The Creature from the Black Lagoon — more formally known at “Gill-man” — made a surprise appearance at the confirmation hearing of Interior Secretary nominee David Bernhardt Thursday morning.
During the opening statement made by Bernhardt, a genius and heroic attendee (who had cleverly positioned herself directly behind the nominee in clear camera shot), lowered her head briefly only to come up with a Gill-man mask on her head. She sat there wearing the full mask for the length of this CSPAN clip embedded above What happens next? This will remain a mystery for those unwilling to search on Google.
