‘You’re the Terrorist!’ Cops Drag Screaming, Fake-Blood-Drenched Protesters Out of Blinken’s Senate Hearing

The testimonies of Secretary of State Antony Blinken and Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin before the Senate Appropriations Committee were interrupted by protestors calling for a ceasefire in the Israel-Hamas war.

Blinken and Austin are expected to take questions on Tuesday regarding President Joe Biden’s $105 billion supplemental aid request for Israel, Ukraine and other matters of national security. As the proceeding got underway, it was repeatedly interrupted by protesters who railed against Israel’s bombing of Gaza.

“What we’re doing right now in supporting Israel’s genocide of Gaza is a terrible thing!” One woman shouted as she was escorted out of the room. Other protesters who were led out chanted “Ceasefire, now!” And as Blinken attempted to speak, another woman shouted “you’re the terrorists! Why aren’t we handcuffing them!?”

The hearing continued to endure further interruptions from protesters who waved signs, shouted chants, and wore gloves drenched in fake blood to symbolize bloodstained hands.
