#BringBrianBack: NBC Nightly News Facebook Page Flooded with Williams Support
Brian Williams still has a lot of supporters, and many of them have taken to the NBC Nightly News Facebook page to demand that they #BringBrianBack.
On one Facebook post alone, encouraging people to tell them where they’re watching from, there are over 1000 comments, the vast majority of which are demanding to bring Williams back:
And yes, there are a lot more like this. And not just on that one post.
Even on posts about other news items that have happened today, there are still a lot of comments about Williams. For example:
NBC Nightly News‘s ratings have gone down this week without Williams (ABC World News Tonight beat them in total viewers on Wednesday and Thursday), but it’s not completely clear that the sentiments of these hundreds and hundreds of Facebook users could account for that.
