Mr. Huntsman will not be the Republican nominee.  I guess during his stint in China he missed the stories about the fudged data by global warming scientists, the scientists who have attributed any climate swings on solar flares and sun spots and the whole host of contrarian scientists on the global warming. Evolution, of course, is a scientific theory not proven fact, but so too is the creation explanation.

Does this guy even know what party he’s running for? I fear this has been a tragic mistake, does he have dyslexia which causes him to mix up Rs and Ds?

The fact is that when the kind of hard data that wasn’t previously available comes in, it contradicts the warmist’s vaunted computer models. For instance, when NASA started taking the earth’s temperatures from its satellite, those temperatures weren’t nearly as high as the data taken on the ground indicated. And just recently they found that far less heat is being trapped in the atmosphere than the computer models had predicted (especially over the oceans) and that the atmosphere begins shredding that heat far sooner than predicted. They describe the discrepancy between the models and the data as “huge.”

Polls on the subject indicate that the percentage of Americans who believe human activity is the primary cause of any warming that may be occurring, or that warming itself is even a problem,  is steadily decreasing while the percentage of Americans who believe that some climate scientists falsify data to conform with their beliefs is increasing. In fact, each has reached and gone beyond the tipping point of 50%. I’m sure the “right wing” is gratified that its numbers are growing larger all the time.

One need not look further than Agore’s melt down in Aspen last week to judge where concerns about AGW currently stand in the general scheme of things. Even those who still buy into the alarmism by a large margin put climate change dead last on their list of concerns.

He states further that climate models assume that the climate “should continue to absorb solar energy until a warming event peaks,” while the data shows the climate “starting to shed energy more than three months before the typical warming event reaches its peak:”
 
““At the peak, satellites show energy being lost while climate models show energy still being gained,” Spencer said.”
 
He states there are a myriad of factors that “might make it impossible to isolate or accurately identify which piece of Earth’s changing climate is feedback from manmade greenhouse gases.”

That’s quite a hole in the theory of AGW, wouldn’t you agree? But maybe Dr. Spencer is just another in a long line of far right cranks trying to pull the same bullshit they do with evolution.

Talking about refusing to see what is fact…  Global warming models put forward by alarmist and chief, good friend and co-investor with Al Gore,  James Hanson predicting the end of civilization are unable to be reconciled to the real world data that has been collected over the last several years.  Hanson’s models just don’t hold up, as in his theory was wrong!

You don’t just look at a persons education, you look at their leadership and track record before you make an uniformed decision on what they are capable of.
Many of our Founding Fathers never had college degrees most believed in the Bible for governing and were self taught and this Country turned out to be a Super Power.
Sure there were other factors, but I say this to prove the point.
True intellect is formed by experience and understanding of the boundaries of mankind, and forging ahead for truth and freedom.
Education is mans way of trying to understand the World around him, and discerning meaning from passed down historical experience and understanding, while later debating via the experience of others to form a synopsis.  History, science, liberty, nature, and morality all factor into education, but today many of these cornerstones have been re-written and now for the most part schools have taken out something the Founding Fathers never would not have been happy about and that is the moral structure understanding the spirit and being accountability to something higher than ourselves.
 
Believing in God is not passe like some of you pseudo intellects would try and placate I have said it before and I will say it again;  There are millions of more wiser, greater leaders than any of these people running or now in power that believed in God.

As always, this debate doesn’t fall on a persons Ability to Lead, rather it falls on a debate as to how a person believes, and if this belief is not a deadly threatening thing and has peacefully coexisted in the 20th Century than leave it alone.  Regarding Christianity in particular it has done this Country just fine from the beginning of its history.

The Left always worries that people who believe in God will set up a Theocracy but that’s never been the case in America, and most Christian’s don’t want that to ever be the case.  You have to accept God on your own understanding and your eyes have to be opened.  To beat you into submission is not what true Christian belief is about.

Look at it this way, if the Christian Church didn’t exist, then the Pilgrims wouldn’t have come to America in the first place by (Yes, encouraged by persecution in their own ranks because they were more staunch in their belief structure)
Now of course you can derive whatever you want in theorizing what would have happened, but history is history.  The main reason we have a Country is because other Christian sects got kicked out of their own.
Yes, there were others that came, but the Pilgrims are a huge part of American history.
