Does anybody have any reporting on who killed him and why… if the rebels that discovered him seemed pretty admit to keep him alive? I’m assuming they wanted him alive for propaganda or other purposes, but someone decided in the heat of the moment to execute him. Just wondering if it was decided to kill him before he could be freed or did someone in the very large group just decide on his own to put a bullet in his head?

What about when the Bush administration water-boarded what were deemed to be important subjects, and the Arab countries appealed to the UN complaining of lack of human morality.  It has to go both ways buddy, nobody can get away with inhumane activity.  That is the whole reason the ICC was created, to allow due process for all criminals.  To do this to Gaddafi sets a dangerous precedent.
