Fauci’s Wife Has a Profane Message for Photographer Hours After Hubby’s Contempt Vote

The wife of Dr. Anthony Fauci wagged a particular finger at a photographer on Thursday, hours after a Senate committee voted to hold her husband in contempt of Congress.

Christine Grady, who married the former head of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) in 1985, was seen flipping her middle finger to a New York Post photographer outside the couple’s Washington, D.C., home.

Another photo published by the tabloid showed a morose-looking Fauci taking out the trash.

Earlier Thursday, A Senate committee led by Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) voted to hold Fauci in contempt for repeatedly refusing to answer its questions last week.

Fauci, 85, was subpoenaed to appear before the Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs July 29, and gave an opening statement in which he accused Paul of having an “unhinged obsession” with him.

He then pleaded the Fifth Amendment against self-incrimination more than 100 times.

The effort to hold Fauci in contempt passed by a vote of 8 to 7, with lawmakers sticking to party lines.

Fauci, once regarded as America’s top expert on infectious diseases, had served under seven presidents before stepping down in 2022.
