In his first interview since Donald Trump won the 2024 election, Hunter Biden was unsparing in criticisms of those on the left, deriding everyone from David Axelrod to George Clooney.
The son of former president Joe Biden sat down with journalist Andrew Callaghan for an interview on his Channel 5 show, leaving no stone unturned in his sharp rebukes of many within the media and Democratic Party.
Hunter ridiculed the “the intelligentsia of the Democratic Party” for their hindsight bias about his father’s run, sniping at “the Pod Save America saviors” who he refers to as “four white millionaires that are dining out on their association with Barack Obama from 16 years ago, living in Beverly fucking Hills, telling the rest of the world what black voters in South Carolina really want.”
He duly disparaged Democratic strategist James Carville who he said “hasn’t run a race in 40 fuckin’ years.”
He continued:
And David Axelrod, who had one success in his political life, and that was Barack Obama. And that was because of Barack Obama, not because of fuckin’ David Axlerod. And David Plouffe, and all of these guys, and the Pod Save America guys, who were junior fuckin’ speech writers on Barack Obama’s Senate staff, who’ve been dinin’ out on the relationship with him for years, making millions of dollars. s made 40, 50 million dollars off the Democratic party, they’re all gonna insert their judgment over a man who has figured out, unlike anybody else, how to get elected to the United States Senate over seven times.
Particularly acute vitriol was reserved for journalist Jake Tapper and actor George Clooney, both of whom were instrumental in questioning Joe Biden’s mental acuity both before and after the former president dropped out of the 2024 race.
In regards to Clooney, Hunter said the movie star’s claims about President Biden not recognizing him as a fundraiser were made up “to justify somehow him going above and beyond to write an op-ed in the New York Times to try to force the sitting president of the United States out of the race.”
“Fuck him, fuck him and everybody around him,” Hunter said of Clooney.

Hunter was no less direct in regards to Tapper, whose book Original Sin threw a spotlight on the issue of Biden’s cognitive decline and its possible cover up.
Hunter took issue with the premise of the book itself, bemoaning that “now I have to deal with another fucking subpoena because Jake Tapper has decided that he’s, through anonymous sources, gonna create some conspiracy of a crime.”
He continued to tell Callaghan that Tapper was “not worth commenting on it because he’s completely irrelevant.”
