Trump Appointee Roasted Over Video of Her Stiffly Walking By Pics of Herself: ‘This Has To Be AI, Right?’

Kelly Loeffler, the head of the Small Business Administration, went viral this week over a TikTok video that had many questioning whether it was AI-generated.

Loeffler took to TikTok for the Friday clip in which she stiffly walked down some SBA hallways and answered questions while holding a binder that appeared to have no paper in it, while passing several photos of herself decorating the office.

“First of all, are you in the Cabinet?” Loeffler, a former Georgia senator, was asked by someone off camera.

“Well, actually, I am,” Loeffler said.

She went on to thank President Donald Trump and discuss visiting small businesses. The video ends with Loeffler being asked how tall she is.

“With or without heels?” Loeffler asked, then revealing she’s 5’11.

The video was taken to the cleaners and roasted on social media as critics pointed out the seemingly empty binder and Loeffler’s awkward movements and speech, asking whether she was just learning to walk and why she would not simply redo the video.

“Just act natural. It’s only a TikTok,” Puck News chief national correspondent Peter Hamby wrote on X when sharing the video.

“Wut in the,” former congressman Adam Kinzinger wrote in response.

In the one minute video, Loeffler walked by multiple photos of herself, including a photo of her with Trump in 2024, her alongside Sen. Joni Ernst (R-IA) and Texas Rep. Roger Williams (R-TX) at the Congressional Baseball Game at Nationals Park in Washington, D.C. in 2026, and her at a 2025 press conference with House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) and House Majority Whip Tom Emmer (R-MN).

Trump nominated Loeffler to her position in 2024, calling her a “tremendous fighter in the U.S. Senate during the first Trump Administration” and said she would “bring her experience in business and Washington to reduce red tape, and unleash opportunity for our Small Businesses to grow, innovate, and thrive.”
