WATCH: Airport Security Video Shows Hoodie-Clad Eric Swalwell Pulled Aside by Feds Amid Sex Misconduct Probe

Video obtained by The California Post revealed the moment disgraced former Democratic Rep. Eric Swalwell was confronted in an airport by the feds before they seized his electronics.

The video shows Swalwell, 45, in a hat and a black hoodie over his head as he was pulled aside at San Francisco International Airport while pushing a rolling suitcase.

As Swalwell is approached and steps aside, four people quietly surround the former California gubernatorial candidate, who appears to hand over a device after a few seconds of conversation before he is escorted away.

The clip also shows Swalwell being brought into a room, with the same group following close behind.

The incident reportedly took place on Aug. 15, while the feds also executed a search warrant on Swalwell’s Washington, D.C., home the next day, CNN reported at the time.

Swalwell was served with a search warrant, which included an inventory showing feds had seized a white Apple iPhone and an Apple MacBook Pro, The California Post reported.

Swalwell resigned from the U.S. House of Representatives in April after several women accused him of sexual assault, including a former staffer who has claimed the politician raped her. Swalwell has denied the allegations.
While he’s currently facing probes from the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office in New York City and the Los Angeles Sheriff, it also came to light that Swalwell admitted to the Federal Bureau of Investigation more than a decade ago that he had a sexual relationship with a suspected Chinese spy known as “Fang Fang.”

President Donald Trump declassified the 2015 documents detailing Swalwell’s FBI interviews about his relationship with Christine Fang, and the White House released them on Monday.

Swalwell told agents he “had physical relations with Fang on a handful of occasions,” but that the two “never dated” and “never had a romantic relationship,” according to an FBI summary of the 2015 interview. The document said their last sexual encounter occurred in March 2015.
