ABC’s The View covered the Oscars Monday morning and at one point the conversation turned to fashion. The co-hosts all had their favorites, but Ana Navarro took particular notice of Eva Longoria’s, um, dress.
While discussing a few notable red carpet looks, Navarro blurted out some added commentary that may or may not have been safe to say on television:
Navarro: Oh, I gotta tell you something. My sister-friend Eva Longoria, she was a vision yesterday. I don’t know where she got them titties because I know her and she doesn’t have– I don’t know how that happened, but she looked…Sara Haines: I’m not sure you can say that.Navarro: Can you say that on TV? Can I? Oh. Okay. I just got bleeped.Haines: “Breasts.” You can say “breasts.”
In fact, Navarro was not bleeped, so technically you can say “titties” on network television in the daytime hours — and she did! But, it also means someone in the control room may be having a small meltdown.
It’s okay though, because style moments were a popular subject at last night’s Oscars. In addition to the fashion, which included a ton of dramatic details that drew attention to waists, legs, and décolletage (much like Longoria’s Tamara Ralph gown), wrestler-turned-actor John Cena “unwillingly” participated in an homage
