A manhunt is currently underway in France for a Belgian man suspected of taking part in Friday’s terrorist attacks in Paris.
Abdeslam Salah is the brother of another suspect who died while carrying out the attacks that left at least 129 people dead at a concert hall and a soccer stadium in the French capital. Salah reportedly rented the car that transported many of the attackers to the Bataclan concert hall, where American band Eagles of Death Metal was performing.
Officials believe the attacks were planned in Belgium, where a third brother was arrested after the attacks. The terrorist group ISIS has claimed responsibility, and it is believed that the attackers were in communication with ISIS militants leading up to the attacks.
The father and brother of another suspected terrorist involved — Omar Ismael Mostefai — were detained on Saturday and held for questioning.
French police tweeted an alert with an image of 26-year-old Salah. As of this writing, it has been retweeted more than 42,000 times.
