Potential Trump VP Mike Pence Criticized Trump on Muslim Ban, Attacks on Hispanic Judge
It’s looking a lot like Donald Trump is going with Indiana Governor Mike Pence as his VP, which means it’s time to look at two pretty big times Pence harshly criticized him.
First, there was this reaction to Trump’s Muslim ban:
Calls to ban Muslims from entering the U.S. are offensive and unconstitutional.

Then there was that controversy over the Hispanic judge presiding over the Trump University case. Judge Gonzalo Curiel was born in Indiana, and as Indiana officials denounced Trump’s ethnic attacks, Pence weighed in:
“Every American is entitled to a fair trial and an impartial judge, but of course I think those comments were inappropriate. I don’t think it’s ever appropriate to question the partiality of the judge based on their ethnic background.”
There’s also the fact that while Trump has railed against TPP and NAFTA the entire campaign, Pence… well, has taken the opposite opinion:
Trade means jobs, but trade also means security. The time has come for all of us to urge the swift adoption of the Trans Pacific Partnership

(But remember, this could all be a red herring come tomorrow.)
