White House physician Dr. Ronny Jackson briefed the press corps days after President Donald Trump‘s physical, and at one point he was asked about the President’s mental fitness.
Jackson said he has “no concerns” about Trump’s cognitive abilities, calling him “very sharp” at one point.
He explained that he conducted a cognitive skills test at the President’s request and he did very well, reportedly scoring 30/30.
Jackson, who also served in this same position under Barack Obama, was even asked at one point about people raising the 25th amendment and said that as far as he is concerned, POTUS is fit for duty.
