Trump Thanks ‘Beautiful’ Brittany Mahomes for ‘So Strongly Defending Me’: ‘See You Both at the Super Bowl!’

Former President and Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump expressed his gratitude to the “beautiful Brittany Mahomes” for “so strongly defending” him in a Truth Social post on Wednesday.
“I want to thank beautiful Brittany Mahomes for so strongly defending me, and the fact that MAGA is the greatest and most powerful Political Movement in the History of our now Failing Country,” wrote Trump. “With Crime and Illegal Immigration totally out of control, INFLATION Ravaging all Americans, and a World that is laughing at the stupidity of our hapless ‘leaders,’ it is nice to see someone who loves our Country, and wants to save it from DOOM. What a great couple – See you both at the Super Bowl!”
Mahomes, the wife of superstar Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes, has been attacked in recent days for liking social media posts that indicate she supports Trump’s bid to retake the White House this fall.
In one instance, Mahomes liked a post from Trump’s Instagram post highlighting the GOP’s platform for this cycle. In others, she has liked comments that read “TRUMP-VANCE 2024” and “Glad to see you aren’t backing down. We are all entitled to our own opinions and shouldn’t be bullied into submission. It is not clear that she has directly defended Trump from critics, although she has doubled down on her support for him and defended herself.
“I mean honestly, To be a hater as an adult, you have to have some deep rooted issues you refuse to heal from childhood,” wrote Mahomes on Instagram. “There’s no reason your brain is fully developed and you hate to see others doing well.”
She also shared another user’s post on her story that argued that “Contrary to the tone of the world today….you can disagree with someone, and still love them. You can have differing views, and still be kind.”
“Read that again!” wrote Mahomes in her own caption.
