Jane Fonda worked in a joke about NBC’s Megyn Kelly during an interview on The Today Show this morning.
Fonda appeared with Grace and Frankie co-star Lily Tomlin, and during the interview Hoda Kotb asked them about their friendship.
Kotb asked, “How long have you two known each other?”
Tomlin joked to Fonda, “I think before your first facelift.”
Fonda dryly responded, “Who are you, Megyn Kelly?”
Both Kotb and Savannah Guthrie laughed out loud.
The lighthearted moment was a reference to when Fonda appeared with Kelly months ago and Kelly asked her about past plastic surgeries. Fonda’s response at the time was “We really wanna talk about that now?”
