Jimmy Kimmel Relentlessly Mocks Trump For Renaming Hamburgers as ‘Hamberders’
Jimmy Kimmel relentlessly mocked Donald Trump’s now-infamous fast food buffet for the Clemson football team, as well as Trump’s subsequent boast that he had personally paid for a large order of “hamberders.”
On Tuesday night’s edition of ABC’s Jimmy Kimmel Live, the host roasted Trump over a now-deleted Trump tweet, which read “Great being with the National Champion Clemson Tigers last night at the White House. Because of the Shutdown I served them massive amounts of Fast Food (I paid), over 1000 hamberders etc. Within one hour, it was all gone. Great guys and big eaters!”
“It’s like in the middle of tweeting he had a stroke or something,” Kimmel said. “Or, is it possible he thought they were called hamberders until today?”
Kimmel noted that Trump made history by becoming “the first U.S. President ever to congratulate himself on placing a fast food order,” and noted that Trump got expertly trolled by Burger King, who sent this tweet on Tuesday:
due to a large order placed yesterday, we're all out of hamberders.
just serving hamburgers today.

Kimmel then ran tape of person-on-the-street interviews in which passerby were asked to spell “hamburgers,” which most were able to do flawlessly, with one notable and comical exception.
