I always thought this would be a possibility but the Clintons made one mistake looking back. That was being any part of this government.

If Hillary had said she would be stepping away from politics for a bit to spend time with her family and her daughters marriage it would have been opportune. The problem is that right now she is part of the Keystone Cops and hasn’t really shone in her position. Obama bringing her in as VP wont help one bit and maybe might hurt even more.

The Dems winning in 2012 are a really longshot unless an extremely major miracle happens. They are in the same position as the Repubs were in 2008. They cant get away from the smell of a loser no matter what they do. The Clintons are smart enough and will not make a second mistake.

One has to remember that what is needed to win in 2012 is the middle voters.
