Sarah Palin ‘Refudiates’ Criticism, Declares Self Shakespeare Of Twitter

Don’t misunderestimate Sarah Palin! After months of speculation about whether Palin writes her own powerful Facebook notes, it seems clear Palin at least writes her own tweets. Also, she has a good sense of humor.

Earlier today Palin put out this heartfelt plea: “Ground Zero Mosque supporters, doesn’t it stab you in the heart as it does our throughout the heartland? Peaceful Muslims, please refudiate.”

Presumably someone in her circle noticed the spelling error and the tweet was quickly deleted and replaced (note to media people: APPS LIKE TWEETDECK SHOW DELETED TWEETS). Not surprisingly, however, Twitter quickly and gleefully jumped on the ‘refudiaiting’ bandwagon. And before you conclude we’re jumping on an innocent spelling error, this is not the first time Palin has “refudiated” (watch below).

Palin, to her credit, did not let all the mocking get her down. English is a living language…you betchya!

Governor Palin tweeted the following this morning:

Peaceful New Yorkers, pls refute the Ground Zero mosque plan if you believe catastrophic pain caused @ Twin Towers site is too raw, too real

    and

Peace-seeking Muslims, pls understand, Ground Zero mosque is UNNECESSARY provocation; it stabs hearts. Pls reject it in interest of healing

(July 1) New York City voters oppose 52 – 31 percent a proposal by a Muslim group to build a mosque and cultural center two blocks from Ground Zero, according to a Quinnipiac University poll released today. Another 17 percent are undecided.

At least we know she wrote that first tweet. By the way, you’ll note that she felt the need to mention the President’s “wee wee’d up” quote. She’s really obsessed with him. It’s really both sad and telling. She too hasn’t gotten over the ass kicking the President gave her and McCranky Pants. Now Sarah, if you could just find an instance where he wrote on his hand like some other idiot did, I’d be impressed. The fact that she actually said it on Hannity speaks volumes about her lack of vocabulary. She’s the queen of word salad and rarely makes any sense. Yes, that woman is an idiot!

Sarah writes her Facebook and Twitter stuff. What I really would like to know is what percentage of what Obama says he actually contributes…. 5%, 10% or more likely…. 0%. When the teleprompter goes down, he can’t speak until it is fixed because he is actually a fairly shallow and a bit of a dolt. He can’t help it… being black was all he needed. Who would have voted for Obama if he had been white? the hard core of Democrats??? Hillary would have beat his butt if he had been white. Talk about racism… wow… Obama being elected had to be the greatest case of real racist guilt voting in the history of the United States. Even now Obama plays the race card on every problem that comes up. I guess advancing the black nationalist reparations and redistribution philosophy leads to using the race card all the time.

For most candidates, Palin endorsements arrive as if they are a gift from a secret Santa, with words of support suddenly popping up on Facebook without notice. She reached a New York Congressional candidate, Ann Marie Buerkle, at home last week, telling her that an endorsement had been posted online.

“She was just lovely,” recalled Ms. Buerkle, whose race has been ignored by party leaders. “She made us legitimate.”

    http://www.nytimes.com/2010/07/18/us/politics/18palin.html?pagewanted=2

“She” is creating a new paradigm for politicians, and the old rules don’t apply. Leftists should cheer up. Maybe the next charismatic female politician with megawatt starpower will think Lenin is the greatest thing since sliced bread.

Back where I come from, we have universities, seats of great learning, where men go to become
great thinkers. And when they come out, they think deep thoughts and with no more brains than you have.

But they have one thing you haven’t got: a diploma [from Harvard] [or Yale]

That’s the problem. Sarah Palin doesn’t have a diploma from an Ivy League school. The One graduated from Harvard. Skull and Bones Dubya–Yale. Poor Sarah only has a degree from some school in Idaho.

Still, I don’t think she would have fucked up the country as much as those two gentlemen have.

There is a difference between making up a clever turn of phrase, as Shakespeare did, which requires a deeper understanding of the English language, and having such abysmal knowledge of the English language, like Palin and Bush, that you don’t actually know the correct words. I have no doubt that Shakespeare knew the difference between “repudiate” and “refudiate.”

But that’s what Sarah Palin fans love about her–she’s just like them.

I’d love to ask Palin just what those words were that Shakespeare coined and in which plays they appeared. I can already predict her answer: “All of ‘em!”

I’ll tell you a secret. The reason many here on this site hate me is because I once posted a comment here on this site that was pure gibberish. Then, I waited for several people here to trash me for the incoherent stupidity that they thought I’d written. So, I posted another comment stating that the gibberish I had previously posted wasn’t actually my words. They were a direct quote by Sarah Palin’s. I simply neglected to tell them that in the original comments. That’s when the unhinged CAPS and name calling ensured. I laughed my ass off! Sarah Palin does not write her own Facebook posts in most instances. Someone named Rebecca Monsour does. This explains why Palin has appeared on Fox and directly contradicted posts made on her Facebook that very day. You can tell the ones that Palin writes herself. They make the least amount of sense and contain the greatest number of prepositions and articles. I do believe she does her own Tweets. Either that, or Piper is doing it. I’m not really sure.

Were any of them Ivy League schools? Was she ever a Constitutional Law Professor at Harvard? You know Bush went to Yale Law School but, neither he or Palin can pronounce Nuclear. It’s just like it’s spelled not, Nookular. But, like you I digress. I bitch slapped some of you with Palin’s own stupidity and this article is about more of her stupidity. It hurts doesn’t it? She’s a dim bulb and you all know it. Hell some of you said so yourselves when I posted that gibberish.

And if Palin was simply doing what Shakespeare had done–deliberately coining a new twist of phrase–why did she delete the Tweet? And why did she attempt a re-Tweet in which she incorrectly used “refute” (she deleted that one, too)?

Sarah Palin could not graduate Obama’s middle school, let alone compete with him in a battle of wits. As for the convention speech you loved so much, it was nothing but hyperbole and garbage. There was nothing bearing any resemblance to intellect evident in that speech.

I could not disagree more. The only reason Sarah Palin continues to garner attention is because of her gender. Any male candidate who had demonstrated as little knowledge (about anything) and spoken as poorly so often would never have been given as much attention and treated like a serious contender for anything.

Dan Quayle is a perfect example of this. Dan Quayle was actually far more intelligent than Sarah Palin, but he said so many ridiculous things that he was never taken as a serious contender for the Republican nomination. He was essentially ridiculed into oblivion.

In contrast, every word Sarah Palin says is repeated endlessly. In interviews, she is no longer asked tough questions. She gets away with pretending that “What do you like to read?” is a “gotcha” question. There is simply no male who, if he had performed as Sarah Palin and had the background Sarah Palin has (poor education, history of quitting positions, corruption) would ever have remained a player on the national stage for so long.

Her deliberate use of her sexuality (Runner’s World cover, anyone?) is the primary reason why she is still considered a player. I agree it is sexism, but in this case, the sexism is working in her favor and she deliberately exploits it.

It seriously was not the photoshopping of the body that I was talking about. Surely, you know about the traditional male fantasy that involves the girl in pigtails? I also don’t think they photoshopped the pose or the shortness of the shorts.

You said you thought it was sexism that resulted in the attacks against her. I am telling you I think it is sexism that is keeping her in the limelight–and she exploits it with pigtails and red f*ck-me-pumps.

Not voting for her is not the issue. Everywhere Sarah Palin goes, she sows discordance in her wake. She is petty, vindictive, and small-minded–not unlike many of the leaders in today’s conservative movement. They speak in soundbites and the sort of hateful rhetoric that appears to the fearful.

It is not enough for me not to vote for her. It would be far better if people were not listening to her. Sarah Palin speaks in greeting card verse. It jerks at people’s heartstrings, but it has little inherent meaning and pales when compared with real poetry.

The problem the media has with Palin and Facebook is not that the journalist cannot share in the credit but rather it allows Palin to present a wholly scripted message. She does not subject herself to any test of the true depth of her knowledge or her ability to think rationally. That is the problem with her failure to give a normal interview. However, if you watch the last two interviews Bill O’Reilly has done, it is evident that even on friendly territory, Palin is not up to the task of thought-provoking questions.

Palin invites the focus to be on her gender. What is the whole “Mama Grizzly” campaign about, after all, except an invitation to consider her gender? She dresses to invite attention to her gender. She winks to invite attention to her gender. She tries to marry motherhood and political ambition together to form a political statement. Sarah Palin is all about her gender. Again, if she were a man, we would no longer remember her name.

If Palin were far less petty, less defensive, and capable of admitting to her own mistakes, I think you would find the media scrutiny would subside. But she does not want that, because she does not want to be relegated to the dustbin of obscurity–where her intellect and demeanor suggest she belongs.

    An Ugly Preview of ObamaCare
    By Robert Samuelson

WASHINGTON — If you want a preview of President Obama’s health care “reform,” take a look at Massachusetts. In 2006, it enacted a “reform” that became a model for Obama. What’s happened since isn’t encouraging. The state did the easy part: expanding state-subsidized insurance coverage. It evaded the hard part: controlling costs and ensuring that spending improves people’s health. Unfortunately, Obama has done the same….

Again BFD – Schieffer said he would have asked had he known about it. He didn’t know because he didn’t read. It doesn’t get any more clear than that.

BOB SCHIEFFER DOESN’T READ (anything that is not put in front of him by Team Obama). CBS, just another Obama suck-up network.

BFD is in denial, he must work for the lamestream media.

First of all, it was a light hearted chuckle, making the point that they both make gaffes. Secondly, you turned around and made yet ANOTHER nasty ass attack on Palin, and inserted yourself into comments I made.

    *obsession*

And in your, yet again, pitiful obsession with hatred towards Palin and freaky ass need to address every single thing I say, you made yourself look, yet again, like a complete fool who belches, no vomits out, idiotic attacks, criticizing others for your own failures. And that was *delightfull*.

American politics has caught the British disease
Under Barack Obama, the phenomenon of class resentment is a live political issue, says Janet Daley

“For America has learned, thanks to Barack Obama’s crash course in European-style government, about the titanic force of class differences. The president’s determination to transform the US into a social democracy, complete with a centrally run healthcare programme and a redistributive tax system, has collided rather magnificently with America’s history as a nation of displaced people who were prepared to risk their futures on a bid to be free from the power of the state. ”

I dunno sarainitaly, Palin then incorrectly corrected herself. I ain’t never seen Obama do that.

She said “Peaceful New Yorkers, pls refute the Ground Zero mosque plan”
Hmmm…..She wanted New Yorkers to “deny the truth or accuracy” of the mosque?
Third time was the charm though….”Pls reject it”

You gotta admit, that’s pretty stupid even by Palin standards. I don’t see how you can refudiate that..

The funny part is that Palin will probably continue to say it.
She just can’t get the stupid out of her head sometimes.

Like when she asked Biden if she could call him Joe because she had a mental block that made her say O’Biden all the time. lol

That wasn’t for you. Close-minded, pontificating gasbag leftists like you, who “have learned nothing, and forgotten nothing”, are hopeless. I’ll engage with you only when I’m in the mood for some sport, and then only to “eviscerate your sorry ass”.

I find the juxtaposition between “copy and paste” and “free thinkers” fascinating. Isn’t copying and pasting rather the antithesis of thinking? Free or otherwise?

“Liberal politics is now – over there as much as here – a form of social snobbery. To express concern about mass immigration, or reservations about the Obama healthcare plan, is unacceptable in bien-pensant circles because this is simply not the way educated people are supposed to think. It follows that those who do think (and talk) this way are small-minded bigots, rednecks, oiks, or whatever your local code word is for “not the right sort”.

But, when it comes to Obama, he is just so smart! He would never do anything stupid (like Palin!) like

    Call Matt, Tim.

Or get the name of *his beloved* baseball park wrong

Or get the name of his Secretary of Defense wrong

Or like when he confused Memorial Day with Veterans Day.

Or say that Hillary was doing better in Kentucky because she was from Arkansas, and is much better known in the nearby state of Kentucky, unlike him, being from far away Illinois. On what map is Arkansas closer to Kentucky than Illinois?

Or claim to be a product of the Selma marches, that happened four years after he was born.

Or say something ridiculous like when he thought there was an *Austrian launguage*

Or get the history of the Statue of Liberty all wrong.

Or say the US invented the automobile, and the transcontinental railroad was not completed until years after the Civil War, not during it, as he claimed.

Yea…Palin is such a dummy, and Obama is just SO smart.

Since the Drop Out Governor bought up Shakespeare, might I suggest that you read Shakespeare’s “Henry VIII,” glossing over all of the homage to Elizabeth I, and focus on the underdeveloped character of Anne Boleyn? Remember, this is literature, not history, in this instance. What similarities do you find between the Drop Out Governor, we know from her twits and the Anne Boleyn we know from Shakespeare? Is the same destiny, metaphorically speaking for the Drop Out Governor, likely?

Palin and sarainitaly are white, and the King has an obsessive hatred for white people, especially women. Perhaps it stems from one too many rejections, which left him sitting against the wall while everyone else danced. Whatever it was, the therapy and meds aren’t helping.

Ya gotta get quicker to the dance dude! I ignored Anne Boleyn and went for Catherine of Aragon. I guess Catherine Parr would have been better.
