Watch Fox News Reporter Struggle To Stay Atop Box Designed To Make Him Look Taller

Eric Shawn is a real stand-up guy.

This we learned definitively in a live shot outside the United Nations during Wednesday’s edition of Shepard Smith reporting.

Shawn was stationed outside the United Nations to report on the U.N. Security Council’s vote on a resolution to condemn the Syrian chemical attack. And as he prepared to conduct an interview, he gave his guest a nervous instruction:

“Step up here,” Shawn said.

Shawn, who was standing atop an apple box, stumbled off as his guest spoke and suddenly the height disparity became apparent.

But to his immense credit, Shawn never wavered throughout the interview. He kept his poise and asked the questions.

As we said, he’s truly a stand-up guy.
