Stopgap: Thomas Roberts Fills In For Keith Olbermann On Countdown Tonight
MSNBC news anchor Thomas Roberts will fill in for Keith Olbermann tonight on Countdown, according to the Twitter feed of Brian Stelter.
Roberts filled in today for MSNBC at NoonET and 3pmET, and regularly hosts hours during the day. This will be his first shot at prime time.
Roberts left HLN and CNN in 2007. In 2006 he was outed by a blog, and discussed that in an Advocate cover story in 2008.
Here’s Roberts on Twitter. No word yet on who hosts Countdown next week.
