Stephen Miller’s Wife Insists Fauci ‘Was Not My Friend’ as Diary Reveals Numerous Pandemic Phone Calls With Doc

Stephen and Katie Miller have insisted Anthony Fauci should be “jailed” for his handling of the Covid-19 pandemic, but the pair were quick to rely on the doctor’s advice as fear of the sometimes fatal virus swept the nation, according to a report.

The revelation comes after Fauci spent hours refusing to answer a single question at a Senate hearing Wednesday, invoking his Fifth Amendment right to void self-incrimination more than 100 times.

The former director of the National Institute of Allergies and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) had a close relationship with the Millers as the pandemic unfolded, his diaries show,  soothing a nervous Katie after she tested positive for Covid while pregnant, NOTUS.org reported.

“I am calling katie frequently to check on her couple [sic] time per day. She is very anxious about getting very ill since she is 10 weeks pregnant. Tonight she had an anxiety reaction. I calmed her over the phone,” Fauci wrote on May 9, 2020.

The doctor’s now-infamous diaries reveal the pair often called Fauci during the pandemic, including when Stephen Miller tested positive for Covid a few months later.

Fauci wrote that he spoke with Katie Miller multiple times, including “at Houston airport and after she landed,” one Oct. 6, 2020 entry showed.

By Dec. 31, 2020, Fauci wrote: “Am on phone frequently with katie and Stephen.”

The diaries were published by Sen. Rand Paul’s (R-KY) office ahead of his clash with Fauci at the hearing, where the doctor accused the politician of having an “unhinged obsession” with him.

Katie Miller, who was a spokesperson for the White House Coronavirus Task Force when the pandemic began and served as Vice President Mike Pence’s press secretary,  told NOTUS the exchanges with Fauci were simply personal matters that came up during work calls.

“He was not my doctor. He was not my friend. He was a work colleague who called me for work purposes, and in the course of a phone call, you would discuss other things,” she told the outlet.

The calls were a ruse, she intimated, telling NOTUS she intentionally let Fauci think she was friendly so he “did not leak against me or my husband.”

“I understood who he was, and I understood how to manage somebody like him,” she said.
